Where is my order?
Tracking your HEYDUDE shoes order is fast and easy! Simply click on the link below for up-to-date tracking information on your order.
How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders with standard delivery will usually take 2-5 business days.
If you have not received your order yet you can track it here or contact our customer service team.
Do you ship internationally?
No, heydude.co.nz do not ship internationally.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order has been placed it will be processed as quickly as possible.
If you change your mind after placing an order, please get in touch with our customer service team asap.
If your order has been processed, you will not be able to modify or cancel it and will need to process it via our standard returns & exchanges policy.
What if I was shipped the wrong product?
If you received a different item than what was ordered: Please contact our customer service team.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your refund policy?
All approved online returns, made within 30 days of the original purchase date, will be issued a refund to the original form of payment. For more information, please review our Returns Policy.
Can I return my shoes?
We accept returns of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise within 30 days of the original purchase. For full return policy, please click here.

I purchased my shoes at a retail store, can I return my shoes to you?
No, please contact the retailer you purchased your shoes from for any returns or exchanges.
Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept payments made with most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard and American Express. Additional forms of payment include Apple Pay, Google Pay, ShopPay and Afterpay.
How does Afterpay work?
Afterpay’s Buy Now, Pay Later program will automatically split the purchase amount into 4 payments over 6 weeks, using your credit or debit card. All Afterpay customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase. The remaining three payments are deducted automatically every 2 weeks from your selected payment method.
Do you offer price adjustments?
We are committed to offering you exclusive offers and promotions, which may change on a daily basis. Due to our constantly changing exclusive offers and promotions, we do not offer post-purchase price adjustments on any items purchased but we will match any offer in market from one of our licensed stockists.
Exclusive offers and promotion sale codes are only applicable during the time displayed for the sale. We do not offer rain checks on items that are out of stock during any sale or promotional period.
Is GST included in your prices?
Yes. All product pricing listed on heydude.co.nz includes GST.
Are shipping charges refundable?
No. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for shipping charges. Shipping charges are non-refundable in the case of returns, and HEYDUDE reserves the right to deduct shipping charges from refund.

Do your shoes run true to size?
Some of the HEYDUDE Shoes styles may run smaller or larger than others in our collections. It is recommended to read the suggested sizing tips on each product page. If you are unsure of your size please use our Size Guide
Do your shoes come in half sizes?
Currently all HEYDUDE shoes are only offered in full sizes. It is recommended to read the suggested sizing tips on each product page. If you are unsure of your size please use our Size Guide
How much do the shoes weigh?
HEYDUDE shoes weight start at only 150 grams, so about the same as a couple of pairs of socks!

Is there a warranty policy?
Yes, HEYDUDE shoes warrants all footwear to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of sixty (60) days from the original date of purchase, when purchased from www.heydude.com.
What is considered a manufactured defect?
The warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use.
HEYDUDE is not liable for any damages, losses and/or costs incurred resulting from the loss or usage of our products. By purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

What packaging is used for HEYDUDE shoes?
Here at HEYDUDE Shoes, we love our environment and believe in doing our part, a large percentage of our packaging is made from cornstarch. Our 100% Cornstarch Polybags are biodegradable and will disintegrate over time. Currently, we are in the process of transitioning into having all our shoes packaged in these Eco-friendly poly bags, which is why some of our shoes do not come in boxes.
Are your shoes made from vegan materials?
Currently, none of our shoes contain vegan materials.
